【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】學測單科0級分也可甄選上大學！大學招生委員會聯合會19日表示，因應108學年調降甄選入學參採學測科目數，107學年起，只要校系採計的學測科目總級分不為0級分，個別科目0級分仍可參加甄選。執行秘書戴念華強調，此制是配合學測從「必考」改為「選考」調整，且先決條件是該校系「未」使用學測考科成績，目前僅有1、2個術科校系的考生用此管道升學。
據媒體報導，107和108學年度，大學考招將有新制。過去學測只要有1考科0級分，就不能參加個人申請的限制，此制將從107學年度起取消；另外，108學年度起，音樂、美術、體育等術科校系可不參採學測成績，考生只要憑術科成績、免學測，就可參加繁星推薦或個人申請；非術科校系第一關篩選科目也減為1至4科，可望降低考生應試壓力，鼓勵適性發展。
對此，為避免引人誤解，戴念華澄清，新制是為配合108學年度起，繁星推薦及個人申請招生管道調降校系參採學測科目至多為4科，且學測從「必考」改為「選考」，若考生所報校系未採用學測考科，則考生無需參加學測即可報考相關招生管道，因而修正了繁星推薦、個人申請招生管道原規定「考生須參加學科能力測驗」的部分。
戴念華強調，先決條件是學生所報的校系「未」使用學測考科成績，但目前只有只極少數學校僅申請特定1、2個術科校系的考生不用考學測，其餘一般校系依照簡章規定，仍必須至少設1科為檢定，與現行做法並無差異，大學還是有適性選才控管品質的機制存在。
至於媒體報導，108學年起，音樂、美術、體育等術科校系可不參採學測成績，考生只要憑術科成績、免學測，就可參加繁星或個人申請。戴念華表示，術科校系早已規定不一定要參採學測成績，可用術科成績來篩選學生，但根據招聯會資料顯示，目前僅有1校系完全不參採學測成績。
